RACHYLE ETCHESON DIES
Mrs. Rachyle Mae Etcheson, 69, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, in the Putnam County Hospital in Greencastle.

Born May 17, 1893, at Bainbridge, she was a daughter of Albert and Cora Hoffman Hubbard. She married Earl Etcheson, Jan. 5, l922 at Greencastle.

Survivors include the husband; her mother, Mrs. Clara Hubbard of Greencastle; a son William Etcheson Jr. of Roachdale; a daughter, Mrs. Peggy Taylor of Plainfield; two sisters, Miss Louise Hubbard of Indianapolis and Mrs. Olive Buchanan of West Hartford, Conn; a brother, Glen Hubbard of Indianapolis, and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the Perkins Funeral Home in Roachdale. Burial was in Roachdale Cemetery.

MRS. ETCHESON, WIFE OF A BAINBRIDGE MERCHANT, DEAD
Mrs. Etcheson, the wife of D. V. Etcheson, a hardware merchant at Bainbridge, former trustee of Monroe township and a former candidate for treasurer of Putnam county, died on Wednesday evening at the family home in Bainbridge. She had been ill more than a month, being first stricken by diphtheria. She was a woman of middle age and was widely known in the community. Besides the husband, five sons survive her. Earl, the eldest, is stationed with the Indiana National Guard at Hattiesburg, Miss., but arrived here on Wednesday evening on the way home, a few minutes after the death of his mother.
